M DriveのRetrofit kitの販売元に、以前ステアリングコラムの交換が必要かを質問しましたが、はっきりした返事はありませんでした。

We also recommend purchasing the M-Drive buttons for complete compatibility. Once the installation of the hardware is complete, the car will need to be coded remotely. A laptop with an internet connection where the vehicle is required. You will also need to purchase a coding cable if you don’t already have one.

ただ、調べた限りでは、やはり交換が必要のようです。ステアリングスイッチコラムセンターをつけたら
後はFA=＄2MDを追加してCASとNFRMをリセット後は該当モジュールをCASとNFRMのFAのセットでリセットをかける。
この該当モジュールというのがなかなか難解で、このリセットをかけないとDSCがエラーが出ます。結局片っ端からリセットをかけた人もいます。
RetrofitのKITでレインセンサー有無がどうとかありますが、M3の正規輸入品は全部標準装備です。

61 31 9 123 061です。
値段は高そう、日本のDだと10万くらい？
